My hubby and I just stayed here for an extended weekend getaway. It was an easy and scenic drive from where we lived in southern md. Upon arrival we were impressed with not only the beautiful location but also the clean and well kept property. We called ahead to notify them of my many allergies, they accommodated and I had a wonderful breakfast made for me every morning. They also took care of booking in room massages and recommended local restaurants that catered to allergies.
The cabin we stayed in was nothing short of awesome! It was private, clean, modern and packed every luxury into a loft style area-complete with kitchenette, private screened in porch with hot tub, heated floors and a lovely view. We enjoyed the options available of local destinations to visit as well- including hiking, scenic drives, national parks, charloettesville and Staunton. Plenty of dining options, shopping, galleries and the fun frontier museum. We could definitely have stayed in the cabin all weekend as well- it was so comfortable! Looking forward to making this an annual couples trip :)
