After viewing this restaurant on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives we just had to try it for ourselves. It definitely lived up to it's TV review. We had a variety of the items on the menu. The BBQ pulled pork was delicious. The baked beans had a hearty stewed flavor and the cole slaw was very tasty as well. My husband also had the pulled pork with mashed potatoes and yummy gravy and green beans and it was very good as well. My son had the beef brisket which was very tender with the yummy gravy and mashed potatoes and green beans. My daughter had the ribs which were tender too. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The weakness that I find is that it is a small restaurant with limited seating.

I got the triple meat plate (pulled pork, sausage, and brisket) for variety. Pulled pork was awesome. Sausage was okay. Brisket was ... Alright. Don't get black eyed peas and corn. Also, idk why I got Mac n Cheese at a BBQ restaurant but ... Don't get that either.

saw restuarant on food network. Went before ncaa basketball game.Had combo meal of ribs and nc pulled pork. The meats are excellent. The sides of cold slaw and mash potatoes were decent but cornbread was mediocre. The place is tiny and crammed. drinks and condiment station was ok.
would go again with others. the vinegar based sauce for the nc pulled pork was a great enhancement. my major complaint is the styrofoam drink cups. Is also set up for bulk takeout. Read menu on line before you go. It is in a strip shopping center.

Seen it on Triple DDD so had to check it out while I was in town. Had the three meat, two sides. Great hot links, and pulled pork. Large selection of different BBQ sauces. Will definitely go again when I'm in Virginia Beach.
