The good: Ultra-fresh fish. Very tasty sushi. Sushi rolls are the perfect size.
The bad: 3 sushi rolls, an order of edamame, and a Diet Coke cost $35.00.
Details: I like my sushi done a special way. It's a bit harder on the sushi chef, but I've never seen a huge markup for a custom order.
I asked the chef to replace the seaweed with thinly-slice cucumber. The end result, a sushi roll containing fish and rice with thinly-sliced cucumber as the outer wrapping. It's a fantastically-cool and fresh way to eat sushi, but it's not worth an extra $3.50 per roll.
Another good note: My special tuna roll and salmon roll were the best I've ever had.
