The food is good ... a bit pricey ... but good. The service and the "entertainment" provided by your chef makes for a fun evening and you certainly do not go away hungry.

We took our family there for dinner for our daughters 3rd Birthday!!! It was a great experience...all laughs...and great food!!! Daddy even bought her a Japanese Kitty Piggy Bank she loved. She has already asked to go back!

I've been coming to Shogun for their sushi for several years and have yet to be disappointed. For sushi beginners, I urge you to try the Volcano Roll--you'll be calling yourself a bona fide sushi lover in no time. For veterans (like myself), Shogun's wide assortment of rolls and their constantly evolving Specials menu will keep you coming back for more.

And to top off their awesome food, Shogun's sushi bar is always a fun, cozy place to bring a date or have a relaxing night out to yourself. The waitresses are highly attentive and always seem to be having a good time themselves in the bar--which brings me to the sushi chefs. Caesar and Keechee (sp? His personality is as whacky as his name sounds) are constantly producing great sushi and even greater service, and they're tons of fun to be around. I would try to visit on weekdays when Shogun's not as slammed and the chefs are free to provide some hilarious entertainment (think impromptu Karaoke; also fun to note that the sushi bar recently got a tv if you want to catch some football with your fish).

All in all, i've had some great times at Shogun. 5 stars!

Used to go more often but it's not that close to me and too hard to fight the traffic so it is saved for "special" occasions. Food is very good and the show put on by the chef's makes for a nice wait for your food. Little on the expensive side.

We ate at this place on the recommendation of our concierge. When we walked in the place did not smell very appealing. So much so that our 4 year old said, this place smells. The food was decent. Our cook personally knew one of the couples at our table and proceeded to carry on a personal, "how's your girlfriend, why don't you play x-box with me anymore" conversation, for most of the meal. Again, the food itself was pretty good, but you are paying for the experience too and that was really lacking.
