We have always found Outback to be consistent. Can't say the same for our recent visit. We called early in the afternoon and asked to make a reservation for 8-not call ahead seating but a reservation as we had three small children with us. They graciously took our reservation and upon arrival we were told-sorry we don't take reservations. You are on the call ahead list which will save a lot of wait time. About 40 minutes into waiting we asked to sit at two tables of four.

Our service was poor-over cooked steak, cold hard baked potato. Our food was not even average. Not the consistent Outback we remember.

BIG mistake. We had not eaten at an Outback in a while, so we thought 'Why not?". NEVER again. The food was terrible, the service was mediocre at best, the atmosphere was uninviting. Hat a disappointment since we both remember eating at the Outback in the past and enjoying it. Even my blooming onion was awful - mushy and undercooked. YUCK. They were not even crowded (should have been a clue). My advice: don't do it. Eat somewhere else, there are plenty of options in this area.

The Outback has been taken over by some US outfit since we were last there 2 years ago. The steaks remain much the same but the dreaded hand of penny pinching has ruined thr French Onion soup which now comes from a packet ans tastes like it - much the same can be said for the vegetables and the sad state of the staff- all the originals had fled.

The Outback is simply not a godd experience any more - they have even abolished the 2 for 1 happy hous.

Visited around 5pm on a Tuesday. Seated immediately. Service was proactive. Food was served hot, a must, and it was cooked properly. We had an enjoyable time. Paid around a hundred for 4 people but didn't have dessert or appetizer as a price reference.

We love Outback restaurants for their consistent quality and great service. The Outback Special Sirloin is a favorite and their slow-roasted Prime Rib is also outstanding. They've recently added sweet potato fries to their menu. Great restaurant for the whole family that won't cost you an arm and a leg.
