“Great early Valentines surprise”
Reviewed February 18, 2012

My husband had to work on Valentines Day so we went on the Monday before to celebrate. We had picked out another restaurant but at the last minute just did not want to face the commute time traffic. We are so glad we did. We had not been to this restaurant since before it moved to it near beach location in the back of PJ Baggin where you can pick out a bottle of wine before dinner. We got there early and to our surprise they were offering half off beer and house drinks before 6pm Monday thru Friday and half off appetizers as well. The beef carpaccio was excellent with a truffle egg salad and arugula on top of a perfect square of thinly shaved beef. Lamb grillades were served on grits with a tasty rich sauce. The entrees beef tenderloin and tuna loin were both very good but not as good as the stellar appetizers. Desserts were apple crisp and a very nice bruleed coconut pudding. We are looking forward to our next visit.

“A gem in Virginia Beach-perfect for true foodies”
Reviewed January 30, 2012

I have been going to Eurasia for a few years now. The food is consistently fresh, the menu is imaginative, and the ingredients of high quality. The service is also top-notch. With all of this, you would think this place is "stuffy" or "snobby"....but it is quite the opposite. With a casual atmosphere, but top-quality digs, this place is perfect. You don't have to dress up to go out and have great food. The prices are reasonable as well. This place has been a "local secret" for a while, but it is still packed Thursday-Saturday nights, so make reservations.

“Wonderful, we return again and again”
Reviewed January 15, 2012

This is absolutely our favorite restaurant in Virginia Beach. Although the menu changes periodically, the venue is mostly southern dining at it's best, currently. This is not a place for families; best for a date night or singles out. Lunch is very good, too. Wednesday is half price wine night!!

“VERY NICE, PERHAPS THE BEST LUNCH IN MY LIFE”
Reviewed September 19, 2011

My wife and I happened upon this place while shopping at the natural food store in the same strip mall during a visit to Va. Beach. The cafe is kind of tucked into the back and a bit hidden. Once inside we were greeted immediatly and after previewing the menu ( my wife is vegan ) we were seated right away. The service was excellent , the menu was filled with inventive items using local ingredients. We started with 2 local draft beers that were pretty good and the server explained some specials. My wife had an asian style wrap that she reported was very good along with the house salad. I had the special which was a lunch time portion of their " off the hook rockefeller". Mashed potatoes, spinach, flounder, bacon a nice sauce and a fried oyster. Unbelievably good. I also had a side of their succotash which incorporated a local sausage the was also very good. They also have a spot in Richmond Va which we will be trying soon.
