The statue was AMAZING!!! It was so big that it would absolutely catch your attention immediately. We came to this place at the wrong time because a race was going on and we couldn't see the glory of the statue that well but it was awesome even from afar.

I have been wanting to see the statue for a long time. I am glad I made the walk to see it. I loved it. So did the kids.

This is a very small attraction adjacent to the Hilton Hotel. In addition to the big statue of Neptune along the (paved) Boardwalk, there is a small pavilion for bands or other events in front of lawn area.

There are convenient permanent (hard) public restrooms for the those not staying at a local hotel. this is great for the permanent residents here for a day trip. Limited parking is available across the street at Ocean 31 for $2 per hour. There is another parking garage a few blocks away that offered all-day parking for a fixed fee. Parking lots fill up quickly in tourist season.
