Visited VB for a convention in the off season. The homeless people were all up and down the Beach front, sleeping on the benches day and night with their belongings. Noticed the port a johns set up on the Boardwalk. The city was in the process of setting up Christmas decorations on the beach evidenced by the mounds with stakes in them being formed the week we were there. was cold the week also, so not really able to do much beach visiting. King Neptune was really a nice tribute to VB.
