Owner description: Hunt Club Farm is a 28 acre family-owned farm nestled in the heart of Virginia Beach, Virginia. At Hunt Club, we provide agricultural-based education and entertainment. Hunt Club Farm's petting farm is the only petting farm in Virginia Beach. Here, locals and visitors have the opportunity to pet and visit a wide variety of farm animals, including llamas, donkeys, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, peacocks, ducks, geese, pheasants, miniature horses, rabbits, pot belly pigs, and more. We also offer pony rides in our petting farm. Hunt Club Farm hosts special events during the year like our Fall Harvest Fair, Winter Wonderland and Easter Egg Hunt. Don't forget our terrifying Halloween Festival, Haunted Hunt Club Farm! We host an award-winning summer camp, and we have plenty of space for a barnyard birthday bash, corporate party or wedding reception. Our petting farm is dog-friendly, so long as your dog is on a non-retractable leash and is well-trained.

With our return to Virginia Beach/Sandbridge, we carved out time to return to Hunt Club Farm to enjoy their petting zoo and it was well worth it! The staff is extremely friendly, going out of their way to show our kids a very young baby rabbit and there was a nice variety of animals (goats, chickens, rabbits, turtles, geese, alpacas, horses, donkeys, other birds) to keep our kids interested. A great value for what you get, too!

Where else can you hold chickens in their coop and be just a few miles from the beach? Our daughters loves this place. Third visit and have had consistent friendly and affordable experience.

No matter the season or holiday they always celebrate and every age will have fun.

Year round they have a petting zoo and pony rides and I have bought a season pass and it is WORTH IT!!!! With the pass you just go up..they scan ur card and you walk right in. It is also a Big Bang for your Buck when it comes to their Holiday Weekends because it gives you a worthy discount ion tickets for that attraction!

Their best attraction is the Halloween or Harvest Festival...from carnival rides and games to their Field of Screams and Haunted Hayrides -- it is a great atmosphere and always a blast each year. Plus I enjoyed the pumpkins they always have in their pumpkin

Christmas Wonderland is okay and definitely for the kiddos!!! But to see them light up about the small things makes the trip worthwhile.

I just experienced my first Easter Egg weekend with them this year with a 17 month old and two 5 year olds...and they had a blast!!!!!!!! From the Egg Hunts to the pony rides and the blow up bounce houses...to the petting zoo--they went wild!!!

If you live in the area the best deal is the season pass. My 17 month old son loves the pony rides, the petting zoo with the goats and chicken rooster hens :)

We love the farm life and livestock :)

The faculty and staff here was amazing. Everyone there treated you like family. They were also not too stiff on if you had a wrist band on or paid. The Easter Bunny was there too....... for FREE (with paid admission). When your child visists the easter bunny here, you take your own pictures, you dont need to pay for the at ALL!!! Our 2, 8, and 13 year olds all loved the place!
