We dined here over Memorial Weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the Host Station to Lordian our waiter (assisted by David), to Brian the manager on duty, we were greated with warmth and professionalism. It was our first experience at a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. The ambience is upscale without being stuffy, the employees are well trained and appear to like their jobs. We felt very welcomed. The food was delicious. We shared a calamari app to start. It was very tender and the sauce was delicious. I had the strip steak and my husband had the filet. Both were served on the sizzling plates, were cooked to perfection and were delicious. We split an order of onion rings as a side. Next time I would have the shoestring potatoes or another selection. The onion rings, although perfectly cooked, were a little bready for our taste. Dessert was a chocolate lava cake with ice cream that was plenty big to share. They also brought us a small dessert trio to celebrate our anniversary. Our tab was about what we expected. We each had a specialty cocktail, split and app, a side and a dessert and a steak apiece. Tab before tip was about 150.00. Definitely not a place we could go every week but well in keeping with a special occasion restaurant. Portions were generous, service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. We were very satisfied with our experience.
