Only walked up to the entrance, the man on the gate very rude. The warnings of Insect repellent essential put us off this walk through marsh land.

“Very Nice Views”
Reviewed September 25, 2012

Wonderful clean path. Just you and nature. Great for biking or just walking. $5 to park but worth a day trip. Benches scattered through out the trail and an observation building that was very quite and clean. 2-3 Restrooms along the way. Don't forget your Camera and binoculars ;)

“Beautiful area, great beach walk”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

Loved the trails, and walking on the beach was like another world - hardly anyone there but me. Unfortunately the only wildlife I saw was slithering, and I am not a big fan of snakes. But I would go back just to walk a mile or so on that beach. Truly felt like the edge of the world.
