Positives: close to airport; friendly staff
Negatives: tv and phone not connected; bathroom door doesn't shut; poorly functioning HVAC; cheap desk lamp on which the angle can't be changed; smells of paint throughout the building and the rooms; tiny wine glasses at the bar

Other than that, it was fine

I can't believe that Hilton is booking rooms in this unfinished hotel. The basement garage is filled with construction equipment and furniture. It looks like a fire trap. I was thankful to leave after one night.

The thing I’m most upset about was that I booked me room online about 12 hours in advance. I asked specifically for a crib because I knew my baby would be exhausted by the time we knew we were checking in. I even got a confirmation email saying that the crib was approved free of charge. Well lo and behold, I get to my room, crying baby in tote, no crib. I call the front desk, okay they’ll be up in a minute.. 15-20 minutes go by, nothing. To make a long story short, my husband went downstairs to physically ask for a crib and all in all it took about 45 minutes into our stay to get the crib.
Overall, the room was very sub par. Blankets are flat, pillows are lacking, the bed was absolutely painful to try and sleep on.
The saving grace for this hotel for me, the walls, unlike very many hotels, are SOLID. I could hear people in the room next to us when I walked past their door, but in the room it was absolutely silent. At hotels I get many a complaint from neighbors because of my fussy baby, especially around bedtime, but I wasn’t nervous about that here.
Breakfast was also pretty good here. The chef was very kind and polite and the eggs and bacon were delicious!

Overall I think I’d give it a 6/10. If I had paid maybe 20$ less, probably a good 8/10

I was happy with my week long stay. The location was perfect for my Business trip easy on and off 495. The hotel is currently being renovated, but I was not disturbed since hours of service were 8-5 sharp.

Great hotel and staff. Looking forward to seeing the room renovations. Staff is always willing to assist in anyway they can. Food service is great and very attentive to your needs. Looking forward to my future trips to this location
