The hotel in Vienna - USA - is a great luxury hotel but quite expensive.

The location is suited to business travellers who have business outside of Washington City near Vienna.

Service is excellent . The steaks served in the resturant are fantastic.

Try the hosue Red wine with the steak. Its great [ But watch the bill ]

Good location. Free parking. Desk staff helpfull and friendly. Cleaning staff somewhat less. Good gym. Convieniently near Tysons shopping centers and restaurants.
Somewhat too expensive to European budgets.
Almost always stay here when in Washington.

When I checked into a room, the bed wasn't clean. Called frontdesk and changed the room before I asked.

The new room was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. Enjoyed their breakfasts. Swiming pool was ok, it would have been better if the water was more warmer and clean. But the lifeguard was on duty and very helpful.

I liked the location. It was close to mall and major super markets like Whole Food and Trader Joe.

Overall my family enjoyed the stay.

My girlfriend and i stayed at the Marriott for 3 nights in August 2008. This was the first hotel we stayed in at the beginning of our round the world trip on which we stayed in more than 100 hotels over a period of 5 months. I chose the Marriott at Tyson's Corner as i had stayed there once before and had liked it. Although it had been more than 5 years ago since my last stay the hotel was pretty much the same as i remembered it. Tyson's Corner is a good location to stay in as it is on the way in to D.C from Dulles without having the hassle of driving around the city after a long flight. There is a good selection of restaurants in the area and of course there is the mall which is recommended. Our plan was to stay for just 2 nights at the Marriott and then find another hotel in the centre of D.C however due to the cost of the hotels downtown we decided to return to the Marriott for 1 more night before leaving for New York. The rooms are nothing extraordinary but they are comfortable and for the price (we payed around $79) it is good value. We were also offered a free breakfast at check-in which was very nice from the girl behind the desk. Recommended.

I have stayed at many hotels in the Tysons Corner area, and this hotel is not up to par with the others. The room was smaller than any other hotel room I have ever stayed in, without the extra perks. The bed was comfortable, but the staff was unhelpful. I had requested a rollaway bed and extra towels, both of which never came. Instead of booking a second night we went down the street and stayed at the Sheraton, which was wonderful.

This hotel is very nice. Typically you can't go wrong with a Marriott. We paid $79 a night by booking in advance (pre-paid, non-refundable). The hotel is very convenient to Tyson'sCorner shopping and dining. You could walk if you wanted to. The rooms are nice and comparable to other Marriotts except for the beds, they weren't as great as some others I've been to. There are flat screen LCD TV's in the rooms as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! My wife and I spent this past weekend at the Tysons Corner Marriott and it was perfection from the first moment in the door. The staff - from the bellman, the front desk clerks, the guy polishing the elevator mirrors, to the hostess in the concierge lounge, everyone greeted us and was exceptionally polite and gracious. The room was immaculate and expertly cleaned every day with great attention to detail and nothing was missed. A nice note was the front desk clerk who gave me a dinner coupon he had for Chima restaurant next door when I asked about it and he recommended it. We were also placed on a concierge floor and had access to the lounge, which was so nice and very well appointed. My wife and I are well- traveled and have spent upwards of 20+ nights in hotels this year alone. We recently spent our honeymoon in San Francisco at a brand new Intercontinental hotel and had problem after problem at over 4 times the nightly rate we paid for the Tyson's Corner stay. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at, they are doing an amazing job!
