Description: Located in the heart of Tysons Corner, Chima Brazilian Steakhouse brings a unique dining experience to metro Washington DC and Fairfax County. Chima's unique style of service "Rodizio" which means rotation brings to our diner a variety of beef, pork, chicken and fish in a dining rotation and served by our Gauchos directly to your table. Our wide and various offers on our salad bar make the dining experience at Chima a unique one.

Service is fab, food is fab. A little pricey but well worth the price. Hoping to go back soon!!!!We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they cprovided a free dessert for both. Desserts are excellent too. I think we were there about 3 hours but it was great.

Worth doing once, if you can afford it. Steep prix fixe, all you can eat meat fest. Yes, the salad bar is very impressive, but it will stunt your appetite for the roving waiters serving various types of grilled meat. Some of which is good, some so-so. This place caters to big, boisterous groups, so don't expect romance.

A truly memorable meal! 'Salad bar' is not an adequate description for the array of offerings provided--and all of them fresh and beautifully seasoned or sauced. The meats were beyond belief--tender, well-cooked, and lovingly offered by the very hard-working servers, who truly seemed to enjoy plying us with protein! Didn't really have room for dessert, but the tray was simply too good to resist. While 'energetic,' the setting was very comfortable, and worked well. Highly recommend, and will definitely return!

I love visiting this place. Salad bar is one of my favorite parts. make sure you are not one who likes well done meats though because most options are rare to medium. Be prepared this venue is very noisy so not best for a first date or important business meeting.

Hi we went to Chima's last night. There was a group of 6 of us which they automatically charged an 18% gratuity. I hate when places do this automatically & I never leave more when they do this.

Pros
excellent service

Cons
At $52 plus tax & tip PP it was definitely overpriced.
Food was very salty- especially items on the salad bar. We asked for no salt meat & that was ok with zero problems- the problem was the rest of the food
drinks overpriced ( 3.50 for Coffee?)
deserts overpriced (9.50!)
food not as varied as Texas de Brazil
hard to find the free parking so we used the valet- something we rarely do
the salmon tasted "fishy" so I wonder how fresh it was. It was tasteless also.

We will never go back. With one coffee & nothing else our bill was $135! It definitely was not worth it.

Go to Texas de Brazil for a better meal & $10PP cheaper.
