Good food, good bar choices, wonderful view and setting. Totally casual fun place that is good for couples, groups of friends & family, children. Had a family birthday dinner there, sitting at a picnic table watching the water. FUN!!!

This is THE only place to go for oysters. The combo gives one 4 of three local oysters on the half shell. Superb! And for a nice light follow-up there's the grilled Caesar Salad. Totally tasty.
Only complaint is the seating which is not particularly comfortable-- but totally in keeping with the "at a working marina" atmosphere and the acoustics which, when one sits inside, are horrid. Outside in nice weather is much to be preferred. Altogether a very enjoyable experience and super great oysters

This restaurant sits next to a marina and has very nice water views. The menu was creative and incorporated fresh fish and seafood. Rather than serving full meals, everything is a la carte so you can get exactly what you want. The wine list was good too. Our waitress was knowledgeable and helped us with our selections. In the winter you can stay warm in the screen room if you sit on the heated bench.

As a seasonal river denizen, I'm a frequent visitor. Oysters, scrimp and scallops excellent, as are the specials. Usually get the Old Salts but loved the Stingrays with a shared bottle of Muscadet the other evening. Staff friendly and interesting, especially off season when you can chat at the bar.
Success well earned and beautifully managed,
Andy

Merrior was recommended by a local as the place to go for oysters. Indeed, the oysters could not have been fresher--- right off the working boats docked along side. The selection of draft beers was also impressive. We were here with a group of 8 and sat on the porch. Service was good and it was warm and sunny despite brisk temperatures outside. Would love to try this place in warmer weather and sit outside by the docks and river.
