This was our second time in this B&B and we really liked it in both occasions. It is located in a wonderful spot perfect for someone who is leaving DC and wants to spend a night in rural Virginia on his/her way towards the mountains, like we did. Hosts are nice and friendly, the building is old and wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. Tea and cookies are always available. As others have notes, the only problem with this B&B is that it's really close to a freight rail, and unless you are a VERY heavy sleeper you will definitely be woken up when one of those trains goes by.
