We were in Strasburg for a wedding and chose the Fairfield Inn based on location and Trip Advisor reviews. We were very pleased with the location, service, room decor and amenities. Though it doesn't have a restaurant, there were quite a few places nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed one night at this hotel, its a new property, very clean, bright and comfortable. Typical rooms one would expect for this chain. Breakfast was ample but bland.
Overall no complaints, it was a refreshing stay near the mountains. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

Stayed in the executive suites for a family vacation this year. We decided to return after having such a nice experience last year in Aug. This year it was dirty, the pool water was green, the gym was closed and the things we requested never were delivered to our room. It seemed that once you checked-in you were on your own. All we heard was "sorry" when we brought it to the managers attention.

We spent 5 nights here in August 2011. We stayed in a mountain view balcony suite. When we checked in and were told we were only on the second floor(they have 4) we were concerned that the view may not be too good, and no higher floor was available. The view however was great(though the first floor rooms may have an iffy view). The room had a king bed with a flat screen TV, a sitting room with sofa bed, desk, another flat screen TV, Ipod stereo, microwave, coffee maker and frig. The bathroom was nice sized, though the sink is inside, not seperate. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the balcony was small but had 2 chairs, a small table and a great view. The TV's actually had HD channels(but only about 35 total channels). My only 2 minor complaints would be the limited TV channels, and the coffee maker was one of those "one cup at a time" models. Would have liked the 4 cup ones so we could each have 2 cups before having to go downstairs for more. The breakfast was good-microwave sandwiches, waffle maker, and the usual items. There is a very small indoor pool(very warm), whirlpool, and a small fitness room-just 3 machines.
All in all, we loved our stay, and can't wait to return!

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to the blue ridge parkway. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the staff was more the helpful than I could have hoped for hats of to a polite courteous staff. This is a great place to stay if you are passing by the area, close to the highway, affordable, indoor pool and best of all free continental breakfast. We are already planning to stay here again on our next trip out that way. FYI if you walk across to the Italian restaurant Castalugi's and mention staying at here you get 10% of your meal.
