We recently visited the Woodrow Wilson birthplace and museum with our 2 kids (ages 8 and 5). The facility consists of a museum about Wilson's early life and Presidency as well as a tour of his birthplace home. It also has a garage where you can see his prized car that was used during his Presidency and was later purchased for him to use during retirement. The staff at the museum were excellent and provided a wealth of information. The tour of Mr. Wilson's birthplace was informative and interesting. During the museum tour the kids were given age appropriate scavenger hunts which were fun. I'd highly recommend a stop. The surrounding area of Staunton, VA is charming and worth a stop.
