Really was a lovely hotel. Great staff all round, especially in the bar/restaurant.
Great pool and Springfield Mall (5 minute walk or easy access by car) had everything we needed, even a Target for some cheap,covenient shopping.
Great location for visiting DC - free shuttle to Springfield Metro.
Just another wonderful Hilton hotel, they really are upping the standard for the whole industry.

Nice older hotel in Springfield. Easy access the highway and across the street from the Loisdale Mall. Rooms are very quiet, small fridge provided and great comfy beds. Free parking is a plus. Appears like many government employees use the hotel.

Was in VA on business, and being a Hilton Honors member, I try to find a Hilton property near my destination. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. The front desk staff were great and the room was clean. I would absolutely stay here again. Great location near restaurants and shopping.

It was our wedding night and we were offered champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. When we got to the hotel there was nothing waiting for us. I called the reception desk and the person that picked up was rude and said “the restaurant is closed, there’s nothing for me to send you” So I asked for water and she repeated herself. She never apologized or anything. Upset and disappointed my husband and I went to bed. The next day we left the hotel and no one even bothered to make up for their mistake or even apologized for their screw up.
Of course we were going to get to the hotel by the time their restaurant was closed...they should have planned ahead!
Our wedding guests stayed at the hotel as well and checking in and out for them was a hassle. Nothing seemed to go right for us or them.
Overall we are extremely disappointed with the service and customer service at this hotel. We will obviously not be returning along with our family and friends.

This hotel provides excellent services as expected in such hotel chain.

Rooms are bigs and confortables. Breakfast is fine and service OK. Nothing bad to notice.

Hotel location is perfect : not too far from the airport and located to walking distance to a mall. with many restaurants and shops.
