The Springfield location has seen a change in service and quality within that past year. We are not sure what changed, but the food comes out cold and orders have been mixed up the past few times. They were once more accommodating with special requests but now seem very stern and less personal. We've pretty much steered clear for awhile and have looked at other places. The food by itself is not bad, it's the service and quality more than anything that seems to have suffered at the Springfield location. You may have a different experience elsewhere at another Silver Diner.
