The pho here is quite good: broth, meats, noodles and toppings are all done well. The restaurant is clean and somewhat comfortable and the service beats almost every other pho place. Fried egg rolls are hot and tasty, too. Pho 495 is easily better than Pho Xe Lua and Pho 75 -- yes, it's true!
I'll reserve 5 stars for that undiscovered place that has a richer broth and even higher quality meats, but until then, I'll keep coming here or to Pho VN One, a close second.
