the staff at this hotel was accommodating in any requests that we had.....nicely situated close to the richmond airport and the freeways....close to restaurants pharmacy and grocery stores...it was nice to have a breakfast available...waffles, fruit,cereal, coffee and juice

We've used the Hampton Inn Richmond-Airport several times when flying in or out of Richmond. We are usually arriving very late or leaving very early and stay here for convenience, but I am always a bit sad when I check out that our stay isn't longer.

The rooms are always spotless and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom has a huge counter and a shelf underneath so it's easy to unpack and spread out. Why don't more hotels do this? I hate balancing my toiletries on the corner of a tiny counter, even in some much more expensive hotels.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good and carefully tended by a lovely woman.

Enjoyed my stay! Happy that my room had a refrigerator & microwave. The room was clean & fresh. The bed was firm & comfortable. We always enjoy the breakfast buffet in the lobby. The pool & gym looked great but I didn't get a chance to use it.

Superb job and high level of professionalism. Each year we appreciate the hospitality of of the Hampton Inn and the hospitality you display towards our organizational yearly function. The staff is always courteous, polite and professional, in addition, the facility is maintained at a high level of cleanliness.

We took advantage of the hotels "Park, Stay and Go" rate which includes long term parking and free shuttle to the airport. A little leery about leaving our car in the parking lot for a long time away, but it worked out fine. No damage to the car. It wasn't broken into. It was right where we left it. You can save a bundle of money over parking at the airport by using this rate. The rate is a bit more than just the room and proved to be a good deal. We would have preferred to park in the airport garage, but it would have cost much more. Upon return, we just picked up the hotel phone in the baggage claim area and the shuttle appeared minutes later.

The hotel itself is almost brand new, easy to find right off the interstate. The room was typical Hampton Inn and was more than adequate. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

Couldn't avail ourselves of the breakfast since we left the hotel about 5:00 a.m., long before the breakfast buffet was set up. The very early flight was one reason we stayed at the hotel just a few minutes from the airport - no worries about traffic, etc.

Ity all worked out great and we'll do it again.

Basic accomodations. The grounds and room were clean and well kept. The staff were not particularly outgoing but, friendly enough when you approached them. They really offered little i nthe way of help in terms of area dining and attractiions. Basic breakfast. Had to use a neighboring property for other amenitities.

Fresh, new, quiet, efficient, quality for the cost - what more can we ask? I would definitely recommend and stay again. It is near Richmond International Airport and there was a bus full of teenage girls staying here but the hotel was still quiet and comfortable.
