So thrilled to find gluten free pizza and owners that care about food safety. It is rare to find a restaurant that goes to great lengths to ensure that diners are getting what they pay for, the owners of this restaurant came to my table to talk to me about the gluten free pizza and explain how it was made. They even told me how dedicated they are to ensuring that cross contamination does not happen. I was very impressed with their knowledge about gluten free food and was even more impressed with the quality of the gluten free pizza that I ordered, it was amazing in fact it was the best gluten free pizza that I have had outside of New York City. The sauce on the pizza was extremely flavorful and the cheese mixture and toppings were perfect. I did not try the gluten free pasta but I have heard very good things about it as well. Do add this restaurant to your list to visit as even if you are not a celiac, I understand that the pizza is the absolute best in the area.
