A group of 12 of us enjoyed dinner at the Blue Apron last Saturday and it was everything it was cut out to be - except that it was not as noisy as expected in the front left corner! Variety and flavor were outstanding (polling all patrons) especially the salmon, halibut, chicken, scallop and tuna dishes..Thai coconut dessert won accolades for its sweetness and "kick". The restaurant uses a wonderful concept of small and large serving options (almost "tapas" style), reasonably priced to allow patrons to sample 2 or 3 main courses, appetizers, salads,and desserts without overtaxing the stomach and the wallet. We look forward to returning next year when we get back to Roanoke/Salem.
