The person at the hotel front desk recommended The Iron Skillet and said that it was very clean and the food was good. There is a full menu as well as a buffet. Now, I don't usually eat at buffets, but most people were, and the waitress said it was good, so we decided to give it a try. For buffet food, it was very good. Staff was continuously restocking food and keeping everything clean. If your will-power is better than mine you could have salad and veggies and baked chicken -- or you could go for the fried chicken or steak which you could top with country gravy, huge smoked pork chops, shrimp and grits; not to mention the mashed potatoes, butter beans, etc., and finished by pound cake, bread pudding and such.
