I would love to have this restaurant nearer to where I live, because the menu is fantastic and probably constantly changing. It was really tough to choose what we wanted because most of the choices sounded incredible, so we ended up eating probably a bit more than we should have. Fortunately, all of our dishes tasted as good as they sounded on the menu, so it was worth it!
The reason I didn't give this restaurant a 5 is because I agree with many other reviewers about the price/value. I would expect those prices at a more formal place with a slew of servers waiting on you hand and foot, but at this establishment, it's rustic elegance with just one server per table. No fancy linens, no one coming by to sweep the crumbs off the table, nobody rushing to make sure your drinks are refilled before they even get low, etc. That's not to say that I think it should transform itself into a formal dining room, just that it should be priced according to the location and the staff. This is more along the lines of a sophisticated version of Outback Steakhouse.
