We had reservations at 7pm for 4 people, but at the last minute our company was unable to join us. The hostess was very accomodating in seating us a head of schedule and actually with another couple whom we knew. We ordered the steak and lamb chops. The lamb was delicious, however our steak lacked flavor and it wasn't cooked to order at Medium Rare. Sides were a bit small in portion. However, we are not complainers and finished our meal. The desserts were wonderful. All in all, we had a great evening with new friends, however it was a bit pricey, we were celebrating a special occasion so we didn't feel as guilty spending the $92.

And great art work on the walls. A really talented chef who's a bit prone to missing some nights and, ahem, some scheduled cooking classes.

This review was written about the prior chef, Giovanni Guarini, who left the restaurant in December, 2011. The restaurant closed for renovation and opened March 24 with a new look, new menu and a new culinary team. We hope that you will return and enjoy the new offering. We are open from Tuesday-Saturday 5pm -close all year long.

Gio made us both a spectacular meal! I had seafood and my husband had venison. Save room for dessert!

My wife and I and two friends went to The Bank Wednesday, September 28 and had one of the most amazing dining experiences ever. The atmosphere is unique in that the venue is a former old bank building and therefore the dining rooms are small rooms with 4-6 person tables. The chef/owner is from Italy and lived for a time in Tuscany. The food is all natural, organic and free range. There is a very nice wine list and some great beers. The food was simply amazing and the service was excellent. We live about 30 minutes away and had dined here before but it was under different ownership. Gio, the present owner/chef has apparently been here for about two years but we hadn't made it down until now. We will be returning often for sure. Do yourself a big favor and vsit this restaurant. Check it out at thebankfoodanddrink.com.
