Welcomed in a lovely and personal way by very attentive staff. Beautiful setting on the patio overlooking the vineyard. Starter of prawns cooked in a very light breadcrumb coating. Decided to take the fish of the day, which was cooked in a chowder style. Very rich and not for the waistband conscious but delicious. Wines from the estate matched the food perfectly; good Sauvignon blanc and a very different Chardonnay. Good enough to take a bottle home. Chocolate torte was very light and very enjoyable. Great venue, great food and great service and matched by great weather for this outdoor experience.
