Visited this little bar numerous times and it NEVER disappoints!! Intimate setting with an extensive drinks list and a small but mighty food menu. If you're lucky you might stumble upon the lonesome cowboy and friends playing a gig there. Can't recommend it enough!!!

Mesita is a such a great time. The vibe is friendly and cosy. The staff are warm and fun, as soon as you walk in you feel you are among friends. They make excellent cocktails (try a Paloma). The food... is amazing. They put so much care and thought into it, from sourcing locally to preparation. We were served a side of smoked fish that had been caught down at the river by a local, smoked in house, and served scattered with pickled peppercorns. Total win.

If you want to soak up the real vibe of a place you're visiting go to where the locals go. Mesita is Martinborough's best kept secret where you'll sit alongside winemakers and locals for some delicious food, a comprehensive wine list and authentic Mexican style cocktails.
