Beach Manor Bed and Breakfast Perth

I stayed 4 nights and had the most amazing time, both at the Beach Manor and at Scarborough Beach. I couldn't recommend both more highly. The Beach Manor has everything you could want in a B&B with the most perfect location and views from the beach front rooms. Yet what really made the stay perfect for me was the amazing staff, no request was too much trouble and they couldn't do enough to make my stay perfect in fact they became like family after just a few days, I found it very hard to leave and can't wait to book my next stay which will be longer! Breakfasts were fabulous and I had two sittings and I only had to think coffee at any time of the day, and another pot was being made. Amazingly was a very quiet location yet close to restaurants, shops and beach. Hat's off to everyone who made my stay awesome!

Room Tip: If you come and go late at night like I did and weren't so interested in the room view, I'd...

We recently chose to stay at the Beach Manor B&B for a couple of nights while in Perth for a short trip away. Whilst the weather wasnt what we had hoped for while we were there, it didnt dampen our spirits at all! It doesnt have to be a sunny, warm day to enjoy your time there. Some of the photos we have of the rain over the ocean and the sun shining through the clouds are absolutely amazing! Just goes to show that even a rainy day in Scarborough can be beautiful =)
Hubby & I stayed in the Bella Vista room, which has an intricate oil painting on the roof above the bed. Very nice to just relax on the four poster and look at all of the stunning detail that has been put into it! The room itself was lovely, slightly small but has plenty enough room for 2 large suitcases! The bathroom was one of the cleanest I have ever used, even 5 star hotels could take a leaf out of their book!
The hosts are very accommodating, they went above & beyond our expectations. All of the people who work there are very friendly people who you can sit down and have a chat with. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a good range to choose from. It was nice to start the day with a full belly, ready for all our adventures!
The pool, while being a little chilly at first (due to the weather - and being first thing in the morning!) was a pleasure to swim in. The whole B&B looks amazing, and there is such a relaxed atmosphere around the place, its nice to forget all the worries of everyday life for just a few days while staying there.
We definitely hope to be back in the near future!

Room Tip: The beach view rooms are amazing from what we could see, however our room just looked over the pool...

Thanks for your kind words Kimmy. We thoroughly enjoyed having you and yours here, and we're glad you enjoyed the plentiful breakfasts to start your day.

The pool is solar heated with invigorating potasssium and magnesium mineral salts, while the beautiful turquoise beach outside is often described as one of the world's best beaches.

We look forward to seeing you again soon at Beach Manor.

My wife an I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beach Manor B&B. We could not of picked a better place to stay.

Beach Manor B&B is located opposite the beach for easy access & close to some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance.

We had the pleasure of staying 5 nights in the Bella Vista room. The room is small but more than comfortable with a queen sized four poster bed. The room is well furnished, with mood lighting & a good sized shower.

A bonus staying here is a well cooked breakfast is included each morning, comprising of eggs, bacon, hash browns, different breads & cereals. Plus juices & tea & coffee. We found by having a big breaky saved us from spending money on lunch during the day.

Finally the staff. Its lovely to meet staff so friendly & willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. All staff were very friendly, accommodating & nothing was too much trouble.

Given the opportunity we would happily stay at Beach Manor B&B again in the future.

Do yourself a favour & stay here. Plus, say hi to Bob the Norwegian Forrest house cat.

Had a fantastic time at the Beach Manor B&B, with the beach on your doorstep and unobstructed sea views, we couldn't have asked for more.
There is a very friendly feel to the place and we were made to feel more than welcome with by both staff and owners alike.
Would definetly recommend this as the best option for a beach view and stay if you don't have to be in Perth central. We will be coming back!

Room Tip: Indian Ocean Suite - fantastic view and balcony

Stayed here one night for our anniversary. We splurged and went for the Indian Ocean Suite and had a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. A huge area upstairs, with gorgeous lounge, big screen tv, fridge and tea and coffee making all included in the room. Big balcony with direct views of the beach which another entrance that joins on to an amazing lounge with 180degree unobstructed beach views. Big bedroom, with second kids room attached. Huge bathroom with massive bath (though the bubble jets didnt work). Rooms and bathroom spotless - loved the two shower heads and nice hot water. Breakfast included was buffet style hot and cold - including well-cooked eggs, bacon, mushrooms etc. plus various breads, spreads, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurts - and eaten near the gorgeous tropical pool setting. Hosts were friendly and Bob the wooly cat was pleasant bonus. He even came up to our room, although I suspect just to get the last rays of sunlight.

The only minor issue for me was regarding privacy - the doors to our private lounge were only wooden, slat, concertina doors so don't offer security or sound proofing. Also, behind the tv was just a curtain - so same issue. This means that you can hear conversations down stairs (though it wasnt noisy) but if you wanted to make romantic noises upstairs - it is likely other people may hear you! The bedroom has a lockable door though, but I would have liked the extra privacy and security. The windows in the bedrooms also look out in to other common areas (ie balconies) so you need to ensure you close the curtains. The bathroom has a lovely glass skylight - but be careful going to the toilet when Rick and the tradie are on the roof!! However, it is a B&B, and was a house not specifically built for business, so you expect to be closer to other people. It is also getting a little old and could probably use a small refurb in some parts but other areas are pristine.

Overall a great stay, loved going to the beach, walking next door for dinner, yummy brekky, playing with Bob and lounging around in the room.

Room Tip: Splurge on the suite

We recently stayed in the "Ocean View" suite. It has a "wow" factor. Amazing views and huge in size. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Lots of unexpected extras at Beach Manor. Loved "Bob" and all staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stay!

Room Tip: If you can afford it choose the ocean view room.

Always looking to see the sun go down over the Ocean at the end of a day, I was dismayed to find few options for quality accommodation in Perth (on the beach) until I widened my search to an area that I would not have considered. It surely is wrong that a place so beautiful and so unique as Beach Manor Bed & Breakfast Perth does not appear in the Trip Advisor search rankings for Perth. This place is such an oasis of calm and offers such incredibly individually stylish Boutique Hotel rooms that it SHOULD be first on everyones choice for a stay here. Look, we were flying in from Auckand at 6pm 1st April and instead of taking the easy option of a nearby airport hotel before collecting a Campavan next morning, we had elected to locate the Beach Manor Bed & Breakfast establishment in Scarborough. (I never knew there was a Scarborough in Perth but know 'my' Scarborough in England). This was well worth the taxi fare to look forward to watching the sun set over Perth's Best Western Beach location from my Beach Manor room. Two disappointments - first plane a little late, taxi a little delayed, sun was down before we arrived at Beach Manor. However, that was to be the first disappointment of our Beach Manor experience. Welcomed by the resident housekeeper Eric, we were shown what we needed to know for the evening with all the electronic gadgets and facilities and assured that we could rise at any time for breakfast by the pool which has unique quality waters being very beneficial for rheumatism sufferers. Being tired from our trip, we were not long before we were enjoying the fabulously comfortable giant sized bed. I did however wake early in the morning and although we had a splendid panoramic view for at least 180 degrees of the West Ocean of Perth, I have to say that it was our second disappointment that it was blowing wet and windy. (Apparently Eric told me later that he's working on the weather but at present he's not able to control that aspect of peoples Beach Manor Bed & Breakfast experience while staying in Perth). We thoroughly enjoyed our walk out on the promenade directly accessed from Beach Manor in the morning and although we tried to get to the top of the viewing Tower in a nearby hotel to see what our Ocean view would have been like from that Hotel (Viewing floor was closed for refurbishment) , we saw enough of that hotel to know that we had undoubtedly chosen the premier Ocean front accommodation place in Perth to stay with our choice of Beach Manor Bed & Breakfast. Thanks again to the owners and housekeepers for the facility and we truly hope that more people search a little harder for the best western beach hotel in Perth and find Beach Manor at Scarborough.

Room Tip: Look at their website and choose a style of room suitable to your mood and trip. I would think that...
