Absolutely loved this place. The rooms each have a different theme. Very interesting decor. Enjoyed a great cooked breakfast each morning. Rooms were immaculate. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. After each day's outing we looked forward to returning to Beach Manor to relax in the communal lounge by the pool sharing our days events with the other guests whilst enjoying drinks and nibbles. Fantastic accommodation - will be recommending to others. Thanks Beach Manor!

Room Tip: Beach Room is largest and has views of the Indian Ocean from the bed. You can watch the sunset each...

This place is amazing.Staff very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home immediately. Nothing was too much trouble from carrying luggage to booking a restaurant. We loved it so much booked again for 2 weeks later.Right on the beautiful beach with amazing views and the breakfasts were to die for.We only wish the weather had been warmer so we could have used the amazing pool. Everything about Beach Manor speaks of a relaxing , peaceful and a much more luxurious home away from home. Can't wait to visit again.

The rooms are all themed, giving an additional interest to the b & b. Breakfast was well cooked an had a varied range. One (but not all) of the members of staff was rude and unwelcoming.

We believe this review is suspicious because this person did not stay here in December 10 as stated.
This review is obviously not true because we we were actually closed until reopening in January.
(We did allow a few people who were keen to stay regardless, and have accounted for all of them who loved it.)
The other obvious factor is that we did not serve cooked breakfast in December as mentioned
because we were closed. It's very unusual that someone would review 12 months later.

Most importantly, our staff are the loveliest, warmest people we have ever dealt with in many years of travelling, and this is upsetting for them when Tripadvisor readers can see the real truth from all the other reviews, about how friendly they really are.

My husband and I stayed in the French Boudoir at Beach Manor during a recent stay at Beach Manor and thought it was lovely. The house is quite luscious with its vibrant colours and is a very interesting design. The pool area is delightful and I wish that we'd visited during the hotter months so that we could have taken a dip. It looked very appealing. The staff were very friendly without being intrusive. The cooked breakfast was delicious, so much so we both went back for seconds, so I apologise to the guests who arrived later to find the diminished portions of mushrooms, bacon and tomato. The French Boudoir really did have the softest carpet and again, the cool weather prevented us from sitting on the balcony, which also looked appealing. I wasn't so keen on the lack of privacy for the toilet; there was only a silk curtain separating it from the bedroom. I would have loved to see the other rooms. The staff recommended a local Italian restaurant called La Vela and we were very pleased that they did. The food was sensational but caused a brief argument over a shared dessert; we both wanted the last spoonful! The resident fluffy cat "Sponge Bob" took a liking to my husband which staff commented was unusual but otherwise, he was quite aloof (the cat, not my husband). We loved Beach Manor and highly recommend it.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments.

We try very hard to keep everyone happy here, and we're so pleased that many people enjoy Beach Manor's interior as well as the ocean views over one of the world's best beaches right outside.

The French Boudoir is a romantic room with the plush burgundy carpet you mentioned and French silk on the four poster bed canopy which matches the silk curtain separating the ensuite. This is the only ocean view room with a curtain, deliberately decorated in the French romantic style.

However so that we can please everyone, we are about to install a door to the ensuite as well so that people can enjoy both a curtain and a door!

Thanks so much again for your nice comments and we look forward to welcoming you back for more happy times at Beach Manor, overlooking beautiful Scarborough beach.

The Beach Manor B&B is a gem! Situated across the road from the pacific ocean and just a short walk from Scarbourgh Beach, restaurants, bars and shops, the location is wonderful.

The Beach Manor itself almost feels like an island resort, with a gorgeous pool and lovely garden. The themed rooms are good fun and well fitted. We stayed in the French Boudoir and it was very decadent. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Manor and can't wait to go back!

I stayed at the Beach Manor for 3 nights whilst in Perth for business. From the moment I arrived I was greeted professionally by very friendly and helpful staff. My room was even ready early for me as they knew I had a morning flight. The location is amazing, the decor & facilities within the B&B are great and overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

The Beach Manor B&B in Scarborough Perth is just 29mins drive from Perth Airport.
It is a very unique place to stay. On arrival the staff made us very welcome. The bedrooms were beautifully funished with four poster beds which were lovely and comfy with plush linen and huge cushions. The rooms had large flat screen tvs with free wi fi. Views from the Beach Manor are outstanding and breathtaking overlooking the beautiful
Scarborough Beach. The B&B has some amazing original art work. It is furnished throughout beautifully. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice of cereals, fresh fruit, toast and hot breakfast if required. Close to attractions and beaches which are all within a short drive away. The Beach Manor is a mixture of modern technology, quirky, retro, bohemian style but it all works which makes this B&B stand out from all the rest. Warm, friendly, clean with everything to make your vist memorable with a style all of its own within an excellent location what more could you ask for. I would recommend the Beach Manor to family and friends in a heart beat and if ever l came back to Perth l would stay here again. I totally fell in love with SpongeBob at the B&B but you will have to visit here to out just who SpongeBob is :) Things to do in Perth, l would recommend a visit to Fremantle. A vibrant port city, Fremantle boasts the best preserved example of a 19th century port streetscape in the world with its world-famous heritage buildings and a fascinating maritime museum and convict history. There are loads of local arts, crafts, jewellery and hearty food places available in the renowned Fremantle Markets. Hit trendy High Street for fashion from local designers, art galleries and Aboriginal crafts and homewares. Dont miss out a visit to Little Creatures a micro brewery and resturant with fantastic choice of food and an amazing atmosphere, certainly a place to mix with the locals. Most of all, Fremantle is about soaking up the laid-back ambience; chilling out in a street cafe; enjoying fish and chips fresh off the boat at Fishing Boat Harbour. Fremantle transforms at night when the street cafes, bars and nightclubs come alive. Next on the list take a trip to Hillarys Boat Harbour, north of Perth with its lovely resturants right on the water. There’s a big range of cafes and bars to choose from, as well as plenty of gift shops to browse. Hillarys Boat Harbour is the perfect spot for a family day out - the children will love the leisure park with water slides and mini golf. It’s also home to the Aquarium of Western Australia where you can see the marine life that exists right along the State’s 12,000 kilometres of coastline. There’s even the chance to go swimming with sharks inside the aquarium which is an amazing experience.Hillarys Boat Harbour is home to hundreds of boats – an opportunity to see the expensive launches, yachts and catamarans that are moored here.
Go whale watching, or you can catch a ferry from Hillarys to Rottnest Island.
Nearby are sandy beaches perfect for swimming and fishing. Hillarys Boat Harbour is about a 20 minute drive north of Perth along the coast.
Another beach to visit is Trigg Island beach. Home to one of Perth’s best surf breaks.
On a warm summer’s day, Trigg Island beach swarms with surfers and boogie boarders. Swimmers enjoy the turquoise water and pure white sand. You may be lucky enough to spot bottlenose dolphins out to sea. As well as swimming and surfing, Trigg Island also offers great beach fishing and bird watching. Trigg Island beach features grassed areas with barbecues, a kiosk, restaurant and public change rooms. Life Guards are on patrol making sure surfers and swimmers are safe. Trigg Island beach is about a 20 minute drive north west of Perth along the Sunset Coast.
Take a visit to Perth’s Cottesloe Beach. One of the city's most popular places for swimming, snorkelling and surfing. Buzzing with cafes and pubs. Cottesloe is one of the best places to watch the sun set into the Indian Ocean, especially over a glass of Western Australia’s wine. Cottesloe Beach is about a 15 minute drive from Perth. Regular Transperth buses run to Cottesloe and it’s about a 600 metre walk from the Cottesloe Train Station.
Another site seeing trip to enjoy is the sparkling waters of Perth's Swan River where you can go sailing and fishing, or just laze beside its wide expanses. .The view of the river and city from Kings Park is among Western Australia's most scenic - city sky scrapers shining against a brilliant blue Perth sky, green parklands and the shimmering blue river. There are many opportunities to experience the river. Hire a surf cat or enjoy a river cruise. So many things to see and do in Perth a beautiful city with amazing beaches, resturants, attractions and of course the sun.
