I lunched with 3 friends on Friday 2 November having lunched here several times in the past and always enjoying good quality food. Two of us ordered the crepe's and, while the crepe was quite nice, it was really disappointing to view the quality of the salad which came with the meal. The lettuces were tired, blackening around the edges and it looked as if caterpillars had beaten us to our lunch. The red onion was in huge chunks and the cherry tomato's struggled to make any appearance at all. In the past, while the food was a little more expensive, the freshness and flavour ensured you walked out feeling it was reasonable value for money but this was not the case this time.
