We recently dined here as a special treat for hubby's 60th. There were six of us, including two vegetarians and a gluten free requirement! I thought this might be problematic, but the professional staff handled it without a problem. We all had the degustation which was just the right amount of food. Filling, but you finished without feeling overly full. They spaced the courses out very well.
The food was beautifully presented and each dish was explained as it was served. The quality was great, and the dishes were well prepared without being ostentatious. Similarly, the service was professional yet friendly.
Very happy with our special meal here; we hadn't visited Clarke's for a few years prior to this visit, but I know we won't wait so long until the next time now! Don't be put off with the suburban locale. This is definitely a worthy fine dining establishment.
