Got here an extra day .we were booked in for 2 nights but stayed 3 we were told we could only have one site for the night and we would have to move in the morning to our original booked site,we had to be out by 10 and then had to book back in at 11 so after hitching up caravan and taking it outside and waiting around we were then booked back in...then we found out that people that came in after us on our 1st nite that was next to us got that site for 4 days when we were told there was nothing else they are very clueless when it comes to organizing ,,
Lovely place like heaven ,,, $40 a nite for powered site

My partner and i had booked accom here for one night camping unpowered. When we rocked up we were allocated a camp spot number.the camp site was tiny, ungrassed and ants..The bit that was dissapointing was that there at least another 20 spots that werent booked that night and where grassed, roomy and closer to the loos. I thought at first it was so that people were spaced out, but there were was a whole area that had hardly any people near it.. i was very displeased. the loos and showers were average.wont be staying here again.

Room Tip: Look at the layout of the campground, dont choose the sites along the side near the road, they are hardly grassed and small.

We stayed four nights in an upstairs room in the lodge. Our room was spacious. We had a balcony, but there are no real views here, except of the extremely crowded camping area. This was school holidays so the place was packed. But, there is a no noise policy after 10pm and it is adhered to, so the place was pleasantly quiet for sleeping. Grills, laundry, restaurant, but these can be crowded when the place is busy. Our kitchen could have used better utensils and there is no ventilation for the stove so smoke alarms were going off regularly during meal times. Our room seemed quite pricey for the accommodation, but I think that is the way it is in Coral Bay. We came for the diving and snorkeling and Ningaloo Reef Dives is just across the street so it worked for us. We would stay again.

As other reviewers have said, the location is great and reception staff were efficient and helpful. No problems with noise despite having plenty of people around us, the 10pm curfew at the Bayview seems to work well. We shared the 3 bedroom chalet with another couple for 4 nights and found it comfortable and clean. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (full sized fridge, stove) so we self-catered most of the time. The bathroom arrangements in the villa were the only odd thing: the ensuite bathroom with separate toilet was only accessible through the main bedroom. There was a second shower and toilet but they took up a tiny room off the laundry with no exhaust fan! The room was so small that the washbasin had to be in the laundry. Ok for us as a couple (married a long time...) but it would be difficult sharing with more people - and the villa sleeps up to 9.
