Walk in the front door and take a step back in time. This wonderful old coach house is full of history. Beautifully restored and a credit to current owner Anna.
Located a short walk from the town center, and all the attractions in Walhalla.
If your looking for a place to stay with a family, then this is the place. Three bedrooms plus extra bunks in the pool room. Can easily accommodate 8.
Beautiful location. Great family friendly cottege with everything you need. Clean and comfortable good opportunity to experience living off the grid.
We stayed 5 nights at the Walhala coach house and we had a fabulous time. The house was tidy and clean with everything you could ask for. There were hundreds of books to read and plenty of board games, puzzles & a pool table for the kids. It is in a great spot right near the train station which you get to see go by the kitchen window. Only a few minute's walk from the town. We all loved it and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Walhalla.
The coach house is such a great family getaway house it has everything from board games to a pool table to entertain all children big and small. Very clean and tidy house and a great roaring fire up stairs.
You have a great view from the kitchen window from the train going past to the cars driving into town.
It was our first time staying at Walhalla and we loved it! A very peaceful town, small yet full of attractions and history for visitors to explore.
The Coach House is a beautiful house, just a perfect place you need to stay in at towns like Walhalla. The host Anna is very kind and helpful, always making sure all her guests are accommodated.
Walhalla is just around 45mins drive to Mt Baw Baw, guests need to make sure to fill up at Moe, which is also 45mins drive from Walhalla.
The only reception you can get at Walhalla is Telstra.
Walhalla is a magical place made even better when you are staying in the comfort and truly unique surrounds of the Coach House. I would like it to remain my little secret however the generosity of amenity is second to none. A well appointed kitchen for the cooks, books, toys for the kids, a piano, a billiard table, interesting curios to gaze at. A massive bath tub, log fire and comfortable beds. This is the forth time we have stayed and will continue to do so every year as The Coach House will be a big feature in creating the best childhood memories for our family.
This is the second stay at the coach house and its awesome. Fully equipped for a large group. Love how unique it is. We will keep comming back. :)
