We arrived late at night and were very exhausted from a long flight. The front desk was very slow as she said she could not understand what she read from the hotel's computer. She said we paid only $1 for 2 interconnecting rooms, she then went to the office and asked her manager about our booking, a few minutes later she came back and said we paid nothing at all. We then explained it to her that we had prepaid the hotel through the travel agent, then she went and asked for the manager again. It took her about 10 minutes to figure out that when a bill is paid, the balance is shown as $0; I don't mean to insult her intelligence but it is not our job to tell her how to read a balance sheet. We were too tired to argue with her and waited very patiently. She didn't seem to appreciate our patience but instead kept telling us that we paid too little. We asked for a late check out, then she gave us 1 hour extension as she had given us a huge favor.
The hotel itself was clean and modern. However there was no shower gel nor tooth brushes in either room, one of the rooms didn't even have shampoo. Since we stayed there for 1 night only, we didn't bother to ask for any toileteries. The mattress was bad. The room was quiet though.
Shortly after we check in, my husband called the front desk and asked for the rate of the wifi. The same lady of the front desk said she didn't know, my husband asked her twice, then she asked my husband to go down and ask the manager himself.
Actually we were not angry with the front desk lady but found the service unbelievable.
