Unfortunately we had a poor experience at the Stamford Hotel. The prices were very high for the quality of the food. Steaks were around $35 and the two steaks we had on the table looked like they were boiled. They were also tough. The crumbed chicken was not cooked properly and we ended up taking it back and got our money back. The wagyu burgers were overlooked and tasted like they were burnt. The flake was done in a tempura which was tasteless. And finally the slow cooked ribs didn't taste like they were slow cooked - they were also tough.
The playroom for the kids smelled like urine and didn't look clean. There were not enough staff and the system they have to grab your meals when cooked (a buzzer) meant that meals didn't come at the same time. In fact even though our meals were ordered at similar times (just on different buzzers) the difference between the meal times was around 15 minutes. All in all, not a good experience.
