Planet Chocolate - the name sounds so good and the menu looks very inviting so I thought I would try it for dessert before seeing a movie. They sell novelty chocolates, crepes and waffles, drinks and icecreams. I ordered a crepe with banana, liquid chocolate and icecream as well as a hot chocolate. The crepes are a bit thick and doughy, it had half a sliced banana, a scoop of no-name ice-cream (a real disappointment) and a drizzling of melted dairy milk standard chocolate. The hot chocolate was made with powder for some unknown reason. You would expect at a chocolate specialty eatery that they would make their drinks with actual chocolate. It was bland and not very sweet, like a cocoa. I paid about $20 for this which was way too much considering you can go to a creperie like Breizoz and have the top of the range crepe with home made icecreams and real hot chocolate for less. If you want a chocolate fix at Doncaster my advice would be to go up to Max Brenner near the cinema instead.
