I think we'd interrupted the girl who served us while she was having lunch. We had to wait while another staff member gave the couple in front of us detailed advice about KI, water damaged roads, best routes, attractions. We on the other hand had a map shoved at us with not much in the way of assistance. The impression overall was that assistance & service was hit and miss and very much dependent on which staff member you were lucky to draw. Hopefully that was just a bad Friday and we were the unlucky ones.
