We stayed in the Point serviced apartments for a week in July. We had a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment block is 2 years old, but I think maintence has not been good. The saucepans need replacing, the outdoor furniture is mismatch and had two rusty chairs. The two single beds in rm 2 are so narrow they would only suit small children. There are two very worn areas in the carpet with slits through to the underfelt.Lightbulbs blown. It rained for the first three days and the open tiled area from the foyer to all the rooms was wet and dirty, when it stopped raining, the dirt dryed, it was not mopped or swept the whole week. Mobile phone reception is very poor in the building, and our 3 mobile phones did not work the whole week.
We have stayed at Bargara Blue and Manta ( also in Bargara) both properties much better.
