Chicken fried steak was good; the upgrade to onion rings was $.49 for me vice the $.29 listed in some of the other reviews. Decent, but not gourmet, salad bar. Buffet style side dishes were nothing to rave about; corn bread was above average, the green beans seemed to have just been heated up out of a #10 can. The menu highlights the Midwest origin of the beef they serve, which seemed odd considering the number of cattle raised in the area. A good value to keep your ribs from rubbing together, particularly on a Monday or Tuesday in this area. Beats fast food, but I wouldn't make it a habit.
