The check in process went well. The older guy at the check in was personable, informative and fair. Our party went out with Justin and Sam. It was a windy rainy day. No lifejackets were provided on from the shore to the boat. An the only time life jackets were worn at all was while we were sailing. The driver of the boat was not friendly. They got two of us strapped in and then started talking between them selves about the storm and the weather and rough water and had them unbuckle, get down and move to calmer waters like ten mi away...It shows on the video you would fly from the end of the boat and land on the boat. They thought it would be funny to dunk us which would have been fine if it was to dip our feet or something but to dip us chest deep when it was cold and stormy was uncalled for. This could have been much more fun had the instructors been more personable. Also I didn't like that some plastic zip ties seemed to be holding somethings together. To be fair we were flying much higher than other boats out there. Im not rating this horrible just could have been better. We had three hour parking and went a half hour over.
