This company ran the day smoothly, and thankfully, had safety, and preserving the coral reef environment as a top priority. We enjoyed a couple hours' beach time on the prettiest beach in the world, then shuttled over to a quiet spot for kayaking and snorkeling. The coral was great variety, looked like it was a recovering reef, and Brian identified the different corals for us. Kayaking was in doubles, not too strenuous, just right for a fun day, with plenty of guidance for newbies. We are experienced kayakers and snorkelers, and still enjoyed it immensely. The turtles were a second location after a quick snack. The day was peaceful, calm pace, and so enjoyable. Culebra is stunning. Highly recommend!

WE had heard about trouble getting to Culebra so decided to go the tour route. We were met promptly at the ferry, both sides and were off very quickly to Flamenco Beach. Spent 2 hours there, enough time for a stroll, a swim and lunch. The best part was the time spent in Tamarind Bay. Brian gave great instruction and we kayaked off to the snorkeling sight. Loved the fact that we tied up in the bay and swam from the kayaks. Brian kept us moving from sight to sight and I did not feel rushed at all. It was spectacular! Next we kayaked back to the beach then walked down the shore a short distance to swim with the turtles. This too was great. Lot's to see including a large spotted eagle sting ray. Would do it again. My only minor problem was that Brian kept a tight rein on the kayaks which didn't allow the experienced kayakers to fully enjoy that part of the trip.

We booked our Aquafari last minute thanks to our concierge Janae (El Conquistador). We woke up early and met our contact at Farjado Ferry to Culebra at 8:15am to get 9:30am ferry. They already had our tickets and got us sorted on line to guarantee us getting on the Big Cat good thing too because people who live on Culebra get on the boat first then everyone else until they reach capacity. A quick 45 min ride and you get to one of the two Spanish Virgin Islands.

We were met by Brian our awesome guide for the day at the dock. We lucked out by having a small group of six including us which allowed us to move along quickly. A quick stop at the adventure center and we were off to Flamenco beach for pre snorkel swim and lunch. Bring a towel and money for lunch. Suggest you hit booth 6 for shark kebab and conch salad.

After a gorgeous swim and walk up the beach to take pictures with an old abandoned US military tank we met back up with the group at 1pm.

A quick 4 minute ride up the road to Tamarindo beach with Brian brings us to our kayaks and snorkel gear. They have us all the equipment we needed and got us sorted. My boyfriend and I got in a 2 person ocean kayak and started to follow Brian to our first dive site. About a 20 mins on ocean water around a cove. Brian dropped anchor and connected our kayaks to his. A quick lesson on snorkeling and we all jumped in. I can't tell you it was amazing we saw all kinds of fish and coral. Brian showed us his "office" a coral cave he free dove into. After about 30 - 45 mins of snorkeling we kayaked back to our start point.

Our guides gave us nutrition bars and water before our next adventure. We took our snorkels and head up the shore to find sea turtles. Brian again gave us some simple instructions and we were right back in the water. No more than 5 mins in we get our first turtle. So incredible! Oh forgot to mention the whole time Brian has been taking pictures of all of us with a underwater camera.

The entire day was just perfect. My boyfriend and I couldn't imagine a more gorgeous nature experience and Brian might be the best guide we've ever had in our travels. We would definitely do this again. And definitely with Kayak Puerto Rico!

What can you do at age 64? Go Kayaking, Snorkeling, and swimming with these guys. I see Brian's name in the other reviews. He was our guide!!! Just to spend time with this guy is worth it. He is authentic, the real thing. He LOVES the ocean, the plants, corals, and sealife and is a wonderful teacher. At the end of our tour swimming with the turtles, check out our pictures, amazing. .... my wife decided she was tired and turned around and swam back to shore. Brian was diving taking pictures leading the group, comes up for air CANT SEE her and FREAKS! Immediately he sent his partner to "escort" her to shore and to make sure she was okay. After a serious (and kind) discussion about not leaving the group we were so appreciative of his absolute first priority for safety on the water. These guys ENSURE that you are always safe, have a great time, have fun and have an experience of a lifetime in a tropical paradise. WOW FACTOR is plus TEN!!

If not for this tour we wouldn't have been able to visit Culebra island (what with difficult to get ferry tickets and so few ferries between the two islands) and we would have missed out on a wonderful experience. The Flamenco beach is just plain beautiful! Snorkeling was a very good experience too. 3 hours in water kayaking, followed by snorkeling, kayaking back, a short break and then snorkeling again. It was a little too long for us (non-swimmers) but the guides were great, they helped us along, encouraging, giving tips and making sure we were not left out.
All in all a wonderful day made even better by the friendly guides who knew what they were doing! Oh and they also take pictures in water during the tour and put them on their fb page so we didn't even need to worry about our cameras or taking pictures..
