Textura isn't easy to spot while driving down Carr. 2 between Isabela and Aguadilla, but it is more than worth the effort to find it. We were a group with a preschooler and a couple of adults with extreme food restrictions/allergies, so we were not the easiest group to accommodate. Nonetheless, we were welcomed wholeheartedly: the preschooler got the food she would eat, with cute extra flourishes. All of our various food requirements were met and then some: they even brought out a gluten-free corn fritter as the same time as the complementary bread once they knew that one of us had that restriction.
All the food was amazing - definitely at the level we'd expect in a major city. Some highlights were the tamarind and the passion fruit sangrias, the steak and pork chop main courses, and the tomato and goat cheese salad.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Textura for anyone who loves great food and appreciates great service.
