Reasonably priced and located close to the airport. Once you navigate out of the industrial complex you will find a surprising amount of options for restaurants and cafe's nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was very large and sunny, and the coffee & breakfast options at the Wave restaurant were pretty good.

There was no hot water in the bathroom during our whole stay which was a disappointment.

This place is a complete dark horse: you must look past the bleak structure. It is a combination of a breezy, inviting outdoor setting with wonderful staff (every single person), nice fresh well -appointed rooms and a great bar/restaurant. Honestly, I expected far far less and was blown away by every aspect. Congratulations to every person who works here. I have been to many so called 5* places who pale in comparison. Would come back in an instant.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. We really only went in to shower and sleep as we spent most of our time with family but our time at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The hotel is located in what used to be the Ramey Military Base and the actual hotel rooms are the old army barracks, remodeled and upgraded, of course. We stayed in room 326. The room was very clean and well-equipped with your basic necessities. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable as was the in-room AC. The latter was a bit noisy but I actually found it soothing and helped me fall asleep. The closet space is fine for a short stay but would have probably been an issue if our stay had been longer. I like to hang up all our clothes upon check-in and the closet space is very limited. Other than that, no complaints. There is ample parking available. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and both happened in the middle of the night. Even though we did not spend time enjoying the amenities at the hotel the pool seemed to be the spot to be, next time we'll be sure to carve out time to splash around a bit. Location is wonderful! If you like to explore, you can literally walk/hike from the hotel to Survival Beach - a spot I highly recommend visiting. It's about a 10-minute drive to Crash Boat Beach and Jobos Beach, and the drive between both spots takes you by many, many great places to eat. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and will very likely stay there again.

I was very impressed with this place . Extremely clean and comfortable rooms . The employees are friendly and helpful with tips for nearby beaches and places to have fun in the area . The restaurant is a concession and the breakfast was delicious !!! Definitely will return .

We are familiar with the area, and have now stayed in all three of their properties. With that being said, I must say that the word "Resort" is a bit misleading. Although the motel is still being refurbished it is functional, well maintained and kept very clean. Open air lobby is modern and there's a cool breeze that's always flowing.
There is a small restaurant and tiny bar, pool side, offering lite fare and some drinks (wait staff very friendly and accommodating). The pool is spacious, new lounge chairs, umbrellas and pool towels are provided. There are three floors and a new elevator.
Our room was small, yet adequate. However, a mini-fridge and coffee maker would make the stay even better. Housekeeping and toiletries are available daily. FYI no washer or dryer on-site as of now.
As for the front desk staff .... David, Edgardo, Michael, you guys are awesome! Always so polite, gracious, friendly, and humble - always greeting us with a big smile and courteous service. Keep up the good work guys, we look forward to seeing you after all the renovations are completed.

Room Tip: Quiet during weekdays, but not the weekend we were there.
