“Lobster Lunch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 19, 2013

We always visit Strawberry and her family when visiting Jost. Have to order the lobster lunch, great food, look for the eels in the rocks next to the lobster pen.

“Great setting, better food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 23, 2013

Best lobster lunch on Jost, mix your own drinks at the "honor" bar and a funky gift shop. We have visited Sidney's while staying at the Sandcastle Hotel, only downside is the price of a taxi to and from, $25 roundtrip per person, more than the meal itself. The last time we were in Jost, called Sidney's to see if they could arrange some type of transportation, either complimentry or at lesser fare than $200 for 8 to and from the Sandcastle Hotel. Sidney's did not offer us any other options, thus we did not go. Too bad because Sidney's really is a great place to eat, visit and refresh.

“Truly a hidden treasure!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2013 via mobile

I recommend this restaurant highly as it was one of the best meals I have enjoyed in the BVI!
The staff is so friendly, tables overlook the water. There's a cool gift shop which all of us enjoyed. This is a family owned and operated restaurant, love this place!

“A MUST!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 3, 2013

Loved Sidney's Peace and Love! The food (lobster) and drinks (you fix your own!) are exceptional but the people and the atmosphere make it outstanding. Strawberry is the best hostess I've ever encountered.
There is a serving of joy that comes with your meal!

“Everyone has to visit Sydney's sometime”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 3, 2013

Sydney's Peace & Love Bar in Little Harbour on Jost Van Dyke island is a must for any sailor. Anchor in the bay and dinghy ashore to Sydney's. Check out the Bar Staff (it's you!) - yes, serve yourself and just write down what you have had on the list so Strawberry (lovely girl) can add it up when you pay at the end of the night. Sit down and enjoy some great Caribbean cooking too (you don't have to do that yourself). Atmosphere was a bit quiet compared to previous visits but Strawberry and Janet made it a good evening. Thanks girls.
