Had a great tour with Greg - very knowledgable young man who shared the history of the area, information about many things, not only the making of the wine. Got to taste several different wines and really enjoyed the great gift shop, too!

I did the tour and tasting for $5.00 which seemed like a great value. The tour was short and unfortunately nothing was running at the time so it wasn't very eventful. The winery is in an old school gym, which was pretty unique. They only make fruit wines but they have lots to choose from and they have great Newfoundland names that make perfect souvenirs at a reasonable price. You can sample any of the wines when you purchase the tour and tasting. The gift shop also has some lovely souvenirs. I bought a metal lighthouse wine bottle holder for only $30 dollars! They also have an ice cream attached that has a wine flavoured ice cream and is berry flavoured and yummy.

Went here and did the tour and the tasting. It's quite cheap to do both. The tour is very short. It could be much more inactive (like allowing people to try bottling or corking). Afterwords you can taste as many wines as you like. The wines are so-so. I have to say the Blueberry iceberg wine was my fave...

we had no idea there was a winery here, so it was a very pleasant surprise. for 5 dollars we toured the winery and did a wine tasting afterwards. being from out of province, purchasing wine from their extensive gift shop and getting it home on the plane presented a problem. however, if you purchased a case of the wines of your choice they would mail it anywhere in Canada of 10 dollars!! what a steal of a deal....so after tasting their delicious wines - guess who bought a case???

We took the tour. Our guide, Tara was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour itself only lasts about 10-15 minutes but we did learn a lot. We also took part in the wine tasting. We had a hard time finding one that we really enjoyed so we ended up buying the Moose Juice one because it had a moose on the bottle and we thought it was cute. They also have a small souvenir shop on site. Overall, it was an enjoyable activity.
