Lamb can be notoriously tough in many Indian restaurants. You won't find this in Jaipur however.
The meat is cooked so it arrives at your table soft and tender, with flavours oozing out. You will be surrounded with three water features and courteous staff.
Despite lime pickle being replaced by an odd coconut chutney on the poppodums tray, this restaurant still earns itself my vote for BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT I have ever eaten in.
