I work in Woking and my colleagues and I go here every so often for a treat / celebration..... it is always the first pick amongst all the restuarants in Woking. The food is EXCELLENT the staff very friendly and helpful. Recently we took our colleague from Bejing and she very much enjoyed.

Recently I had a dinner in China Town and there was no contest in terms of food quality, service and value for money.

The atmosphere is a bit lacking but if you love Chinese food..... this is the place for you.

Seriously, this is in no way 'authentic' Chinese food. The three dishes we ordered were nothing like you would expect from an authentic, cooked fresh Chinese restaurant. The sauces taste like they came out of a jar and the ingredients were less than fresh - not the best combination when you're hoping for a decent Chinese meal.

On a positive note the staff are super friendly and attentive. If only they could step up the quality of the food this would be a winning combination.

So does all the standard Chinese takeaway food, but if you look a bit closer at its menus you can get some of the more authentic Chinese food. Dumplings, steamed sea bass with ginger, aubergine hotpot. The atmosphere is friendly too!!

Stumbled across this little eaterie whilst looking at places to eat on Tripadvisor.
Yes, it's a basic little 'cafe looking' place opposite Woking Station. No frills.
BUT, the food is delicious. Homemade, authentic Cantonese cooking. Service great & speedy.
If you go you must try the Beef flank & tendon stew, it is just how the chinese granny used to make it! DELICIOUS!
They also offer dim sum & if you like this you will know that you have to travel miles to have yum cha around this area - it's not homemade but it's still good!
We often go there for a quick lunch (parking free outside for 30 mins) and we always get our home deliveries from So's.....very quick too!
