“Great fun”

My husband and myself loved the fun the grandchildren had when they did the pirate golf back in the summer so we decided to have a go ! There are special offers for seniors and it was great. We went on a dull day so it was quiet but I know it gets really busy with long queues especially during school holidays. You need to book. Very well built with a lot of thought, pirate ship is brilliant. They are always busy which says it all. Hoe bridge has a good cafe/restaurant and has nice food at a reasonable price.

On the last day of the school summer holidays we did our Grandparents duty and took an 8 year old and a four year old here. We were very impressed - didn't queue for long ( but a queue built up after us - obviously best to get there before ten in school holidays).
It was an attractive and well laid out venue with extra things for the kids to do - they loved pulling the rafts to the islands for example. One of our kids dressed up as a pirate and a few other children were dressed up too.
The staff were kind , helpful and cheerful

We've been here twice, first as a family outing & second for a birthday treat with 6 8-year olds. Both times were great fun & I'd thoroughly recommend for small children.

Visited on a Sunday morning with the Family. We all had great fun around the immaculately kept 18 holes. Would definitely visit again if we were in the area. Well worth the cost of £20 for the family.

I went here with my boyfriend for an entertaining afternoon and we both had a brilliant time! It's been built and maintained to a high standard and the pirate theme isn't cheesy at all. All of the holes are different and some of them so clever, even getting from one hole to another has a clever twist. It doesn't take up too much of the day so is ideal for those afternoons when you are a little bored!
